Happy World Diabetes day!! I had cake to celebrate hehe. Blood sugars have been great all day... But did have a pretty bad low last night =(...
So today we the Prince and I had our engagement pictures done =)... The ones I did see they turned out GREAT and I can't wait to get them. We even took the dogs with us and got some really cute family pictures done too =)... Been a great day and I can't wait to share the pictures... I am thinking we will get the CD next week. Oh and here is the bridesmaids dress I have decided on. It is the one on the left and in aqua with a black sash... Tell me what you think

So the prince feels I have absolutely lost it, but I have every reason to be acting this crazy... It all started a couple weeks ago when we sent Maddux to the prince's brothers house for the weekend... When we picked him up I found a FLEA!!!! I freaked out went out bought 2 flea collars and some flea meds to spray on them. Then the prince's brother came over with his dog Maggie (also Maddux's sister) and you guessed it she had FLEAS!!! I went crazy insane with cleaning (our house really isn't that dirty but it is lived in). I mean crazy cleaning liked moved furniture, swept the ceiling everything!! Now fast forward to last night we found ANOTHER FLEA!!! I am freaking out at this moment and immediately vacuum. I called the vet this morning and dropped them off to get bathed. Was gonna do a flea dip but Maddux is allergic to everything and that is harsh on the skin so his sensitive skin wouldn't be able to handle it. The vet is also going to give him an allergy shot because of the few bites he has he has swollen up a little =(. The vet looked at both of them and Shadow doesn't have any because he is SOOOO fluffy the fleas can't find his skin and Maddux they think only has 1 or 2. So I got some pill that will kill all the fleas that bites them and then go some topical frontline stuff that I will put on them every month and hopefully it freezes soon!! We think they may be in the yard because is has rained so much here in Arkansas we could not mow for like 3 weeks!! We have mowed now and hopefully that will take care of them!! Our house isn't infested thank goodness because I think I would have made us move if it was... And the Prince thinks I am crazy for taking them to get groomed when they only had 1 flea... But then again I took them to the vet when I found 1 tick after Maddux went hunting so maybe I am crazy
Now back to SCRUBBING the house AGAIN!!

So I am freaking out a little.... I thought one of my papers was due on the 16th when really its due TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


My head hurts, I am stressed and last blood sugar check was 280 =(........


I don't feel good and I hope this paper turns out well. It may be a long night

So right now I am taking a break from writing 3 different 10 page papers.... I am wondering why in the world am I a history major????? I know why its official I am a geek... I was going through my DVR and catching up on a bunch of shows and almost everything I have recorded is on either the History Channel or History International and some on Animal Planet... Yeah I am a dork..
So with this history degree I hope that someday I will use it and hopefully teach in college. But now a days most people do not use their degrees so I sometimes wonder if I will use mine or if its a waste of time focusing all this energy on history...

On another note I really hope I can finish everyone's Christmas presents by Christmas!!! Yes this year in the middle of all this homework I am knitting everyone's presents!! Oh my it is hard work and I dunno if I can finish =(... Next year I am starting in January!! Sometime I will share some of my creations...

Btw I got a 97 on my last test!!! AND I was low... Like 35 low.... I drank juice just didn't help. But I usually go low when I take tests dunno why just normal i guess...
Back to my papers =(

Great!!

Hi... I am better =) took about 2 full weeks but I feel GREAT!! During the time I was sick my blood sugars where REALLY hard to control but everything worked out ok... After the first week my fever was gone but I was still SOOO achy. Well I went back to school after I was free from fever for 48 hours. I would have like to take another day off but I had a major test and other GREAT news I made an A!!! I was so excited because I was really worried about that test especially since I missed 3 days of class. Well the Thursday after the test was thankfully fall break so I got an extra day to relax some and that REALLY helped. My midterm grades came in and I have 3 A and 1 B =). I am very happy with that and I am working really hard to pull up that B. Well I am going to go pack for the Prince and I are going to my hometown for the weekend. I am subbing tomorrow at my moms school and Sat is family pictures and Sunday is a friend of mine's babys first birthday.
